Providing Expert Nutrition Guidance
Morgan Voight
MS, RDN, CEDS, RYT-200
Dietitian & Certified Eating Disorders Specialist
Hi, I’m Morgan (she/her)!
I’m the owner of MVPersonalized Nutrition, where I provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition care through a body-neutral lens. As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified eating disorders specialist (CEDS), and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I specialize in eating disorder recovery, sports nutrition, and LGBTQ+ health.
These areas aren’t just professional focuses; they’re deeply personal for me. My lived experiences, combined with years of clinical and performance-based work, are what led me to create MVP-N: a space where people can feel supported, understood, and empowered in their relationship with food, body, & movement.
As a former Division I cross country and track & field athlete I came to understand the pivotal role that nutrition plays in supporting both performance and long-term health.
My professional training includes working with athletes ranging from high school competitors to Paralympians, providing both one-on-one counseling and group education to support performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
Alongside sports nutrition, I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, including ARFID. My evidence-based approach is grounded in facets of both Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating philosophies, creating a safe, collaborative space to rebuild trust with your body and develop a more sustainable and peaceful relationship with food and movement.
Whether your goals are performance-driven, recovery-focused, or somewhere in between, I’m here to meet you right where you are with compassionate, individualized care.
